MOSWN Studio is a design-led FF&E studio — handling sourcing, procurement, styling, and installation for the finishing layers that define exceptional residential and hospitality environments.
We work alongside developers, interior designers, architects, resorts, and homeowners to bring spaces to life through furnishings, decor, lighting, and artwork. WHAT WE SOURCE
FINE FF&E
The foundation of any interior — the furniture, fixtures, and case goods that shape how a space looks, feels, and functions. We source and specify goods to suit a project's design, setting, and everyday use, drawing on trusted makers and suppliers across residential and hospitality. From statement furniture to the quiet workhorse pieces, we balance quality, craftsmanship, lead time, and budget so every selection is as considered as it is practical — resulting in interiors that are beautiful to look at and built to be lived in.
DECOR & HOMEGOODS
The finishing layers that define a space — the accessories, textiles, books, planters, and decorative objects that carry warmth and personality. We source and style these considered details to complete an environment and give it’s individuality.
ARTWORK
Often the final, defining gesture in a space. We manage art sourcing, procurement, and installation end to end — coordinating artists, framing, freight, and on-site placement with the care that fine pieces require.
HOW WE WORK
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Every project begins with understanding the vision. We work alongside developers, designers, architects, and homeowners to translate design intent into a clear, executable plan — aligning scope, budget, and timeline before a single item is sourced.
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
We source curated furnishings, décor, lighting, and finishing pieces from a wide network of vendors and artisans, then manage the full procurement process on your behalf — purchase orders, lead times, substitutions, and vendor coordination. Our role is to simplify a complex process while protecting design integrity, budgets, and timelines.
INSTALLATION
From receiving and inspection through final placement, we oversee the details of installation on site. We coordinate freight, trades, and installation teams to ensure each piece is placed in accordance with the approved design — delivering a space that is fully realized, down to the final layer.
STYLING & CURATION
This is where a space comes to life. We layer furnishings, textiles, and objects with intention, creating interiors that feel warm, collected, and full of character — never staged, always lived-in.
